We are heading to Stanford for Lincoln's brain surgeries! We got checked in and waited at our gate for our flight to California! Lincoln was super happy to be having some snacks while we waited! 🙂 Thank you to everyone for all of your support, encouragement and prayers for our family and especially for Lincoln! ❤️
Day 2-
Today Lincoln had his pre-op appointments including an MRI and an angiogram. It went well but it was so sad to see him struggle with waking up from the anesthesia. Because of the angiogram, he needed to lay flat for a few hours so we rested in the hospital room most of the evening before being discharged. We're thankful that the Ronald McDonald house is just down the road from the hospital. It's such a blessing to be able to stay there during our three weeks here for his surgeries!
We have a couple of free days now before his first surgery date on Thursday! Planning to make the most of some special time with him! ❤️
